Hey Hey Hey! HAPPY MONDAY!!! We’re kicking of a bright and cheerful new week with this adorable Charlotte Top, pattern by Jilly Atlanta Patterns.

I love testing for other designers because it gives me a break in my own workload and I get to know other styles and encourage the designer along the way! I had a great time playing with the Charlotte top and seeing the great new sews from the other testers.

The Charlotte top is a simple a-line top and dress pattern for sizes 2-8. It includes sleeve options for sleeveless (shown), short, 3/4 and long sleeve. For the dress version, a cute elasticated waist detail adds some flair and flow to the design.

The cutest part of Charlotte is the ruffle bib detail! I used bias cut chambray ruffles that had just enough fringe to give lots of texture and pizazz!

I adore the professional finishing touches and french seam construction, the inside is just as beautiful as the outside! Great pattern, Jill! Thanks for allowing me to test!
